‘The Last House on the Left’ out on DVD
The remake of the 1972 classic revenge horror 'The Last House on the Left' is out on DVD today, 8/18.
Produced by Wes Craven and Sean Cunningham, this remake follows the original story pretty closely, but with some kills and minor details played out differently. The original is an amazing film that was very influential, so its hard to compare to the original, but overall it is a solid film that won't disappoint. This revenge flick is very sick and torturous, and the girls and kills alone are worth the purchase.
It is a better remake than most because of the fact that Wes Craven and Sean Cunningham, the original makers of the 1972 film, produced this 2009 remake.
Starring Sara Paxton, Garret Dillahunt, and Joshua Cox.
